@TK_HelpDesk First, it's against GDPR guidelines to not provide an unsubscribe option within the email. Second, your website and app are entirely useless, both have crashed multiple times. Login sends you in circles, claiming you can only change login preferences after logging in.
Extremely unsurprised that no matter how many times I unsubscribe from @TurkishAirlines Miles & Smiles emails, I continue to receive them. All this from an airline that provided exactly 0 miles in travel (canceling my flight 5 days before my honeymoon) and absolutely ZERO SMILES

After a truly horrible & stressful experience with @TurkishAirlines, we had to cancel our flights 5 days before our honeymoon. Luckily, we found flights on @AmericanAir. We’re so excited to (hopefully) have a great flight experience with AA on our way to Italy
@tttsy3x @TK_HelpDesk@TurkishAirlines@BilalEksiTHY If it helps, I called the Turkey office to get to a person & brought up the documented Passenger Rights. they verified that our flight had been cancelled & sent written confirmation that I would get a refund. I already contacted my CC for collection help just in case

I was finally able to cancel my @TurkishAirlines flight. I booked two new flights on another airline a mere 5 days before my honeymoon. If you are EVER tempted to book with Turkish Airlines — DON'T. I've flown a lot of airlines and I have never experienced anything this terrible
According to your policy, I'm entitled to a full refund of my flight cost if this flight is canceled due to operational reasons. I need to speak to a customer support person about this urgently
