A high volume real estate agent in Texas named Ram Konara is selling almost exclusively to Indian and H-1B buyers
In the past few years the realtor has allegedly sold 1,761 homes
This would be almost impossible for one agent, think of the math
Not to mention, this is illegal and I’ll go over why
He’s promoting in ethnicity specific communities and getting promotions from some builders for bringing South Asian buyers.
This is discriminatory practices under Texas Real Estate Commission Rule 531.19, which prohibits marketing or disclosures based on race and national origin
But it doesn’t stop there, he’s scamming other realtors and using race loyalty with foreigners being imported
Here’s what I found he does
The buyers are reportedly told to find homes themselves, tour with other listing agents, then switch to Konara to write the contract
He then rebates most of his commission back to them, only keeping $1,000. This is framed as a “great deal” for buyers but criticized what’s really happening is he is free-riding on other agents’ time and effort
All foreigners do is find ways to scam in America. It literally never ends
The best thing @AGToddRokita could do is file a lawsuit challenging the legality of the Obama-era H-4 EAD and STEM OPT work authorization programs. Congress never explicitly authorized these massive expansions of foreign labor access.
Candace Owens tells Ana Kasparian that President Trump no longer controls his own social media and is being “instructed by somebody” to personally attack anyone who does not support Israel.
CANDACE OWENS: “What are we getting close to?”
ANA KASPARIAN: “They are no longer in control of the narrative, and Americans are waking up.”
"Many Indian visa workers tell Breitbart that Indian hiring managers fire experienced American professionals so their jobs can be sold to kickback-paying, untrained Indians. The mgrs demand 5k-10k.. each job.. There are very few honest Indian managers.." https://t.co/ww5ps2DVd4
This was clearly premeditated and designed to destroy our culture and demoralize our people. Republicans have the opportunity to solidify majorities across the nation for decades by correcting this horrible anti-American policy.
If Amazon is not hiring right now; then why did they just hire 10,718 H-1B foreign laborers?
H-1B’s are stealing jobs from Floridians.
As governor I will end the H-1B scam. Once and for all.
I will never stop reiterating: the explicit, stated goal of the indian government is to ship indians to countries throughout the world and use their diaspora to control the politics of countries, the same way israel does.
Indian visa worker in Dallas.
Software Engineer.
Makes $120,000 per year through contract work.
No degree. No certificate. Just a 6-month online boot camp.
How did he get the job? By getting a “reference” from his compatriot that works in finance.
Straight from the source: not highly skilled. Not highly educated. Speaks poor English. Got his job from nepotism.
This is who is replacing you. This is why Americans are done.
America First means putting AMERICAN workers first!
Big corporations are firing American workers while replacing them with H-1B visa holders, many from India and China.
My EXILE Act would END the H-1B visa program entirely.
We have the talent right here in the United States. We should be investing in our own workforce, not importing from foreign countries.
IBM’s CEO created hiring policies to fire white men, and keep them from being promoted.
This disgusting bigot will never been condemned by Tech and VC’s on this site.

"Hiring has grown “tribal,” according to Kevin Lynn of the Institute for Sound Public Policy: “Professionalism doesn’t exist in these IT departments anymore… when you look at the hiring, it becomes very tribal — India versus the rest of the world.” Engineer Stephen Vivien described Indian H-1B workers at Google sharing interview questions to help each other. A New Jersey jury recently awarded $8.4 million against Cognizant Technology Solutions in a discrimination case involving bias against non-Indian workers."
