Complaint @sony_india Authorized service ctr Jaypee Electronics Noida misdiagnosed my TV. Quoted ₹16,700 for motherboard, replaced twice, issue persists. Now claim power supply faulty & refuse refund of advance. This is unethical & exploitative. Strict action needed.
