@AppleSupport Thank you for your reply. I have tried that support link, made an appointment with the in store 'Genius Bar' and asked questions in Apple forum only to be disappointed with answers like "you can trade your Apple watch in for $20 towards a new Apple watch. It is ridiculous.

@Apple I had issues with my Apple watch within 4 months. I was told that it can be used in the hot yoga studio. Was I mislead? The watch has stopped working again.
I am extremely disappointed by th customer service. I was told to buy a new watch.
