Our Plan:
The Australian Government will build 4 million homes on former defence force land for
qualified buyers aged 21–35, selling them at $400,000 each within 6 years via a lottery
system. A single-builder approach ensures the completion of 4 million homes by 2031
across multiple sites in and near capital cities.

1. "the real problem" is too many migrants
2.Why does a state need a financial incentive for a person to build a home? is the state building the home? NO
3.Never in history or theory has or can a regulator boost productivity.
4. And updating the National Construction code will not get a single house built but it will make them more expensive - so get less built.
5. Double the Housing future fund - is double the incentive to land bank and go NIMBY - because thats were the money flows.
6. Building social and affordable housing makes housing less affordable, all new homes should be luxury homes, so people move into them and leave the affordable homes for people that need them
7. And why look to remove stamp duty it could be done by the sort of Tax reform, shown to you by the independent front you try not to know about.
