You know what's the worst part? It was those living in Sri Lanka who made Anojan a target in Saudi by sending emails to his employers about his Facebook post
The community wants minority rights in non-Islamic countries while living and behaving as members of the global majority
Iran summoned France's ambassador in Tehran over police force used against student protesters, calling for respect for human rights and peaceful assembly.
Iranian media says the government has summoned France's ambassador over the 'violent crackdown' and 'violations of human rights' against protesters in France.
Imagine getting paid amounts ranging from $10 to $10,000.
And for every payment received, filling a 2-page form with hand, and then filing it with the bank in the bank’s desired format.
Chote mote freelancers ko koi hawala ke liye use nahi kar raha.
We talk about ease of doing business in India and compare it with China, there’s one big difference I’ve noticed:
In India, no one wants to feel accountable.
Let me share my experience with one of India’s biggest shipping companies, Delhivery.
I’m a co-founder of an electrolyte brand. We sent two packages worth almost ₹1lakh to Ladakh for the Ladakh Marathon because we wanted to sell them at the event.
They failed to deliver them and shipped them back to us.
For the next 40–45 days, there was no update on where the packages were. We kept following up, but nobody gave us a clear answer.
After 45 days, they told us the packages were lost and simply closed the case.
We were shocked by the lack of accountability. No explanation, no apology, no guilt. Just, “It’s lost.”
And when we asked why, how it happened, or what the next step was, nobody had an answer. Delhivery team doesn’t answer calls. We tried reaching out to different people, and most of them either said, “It’s not my department,” or cut the call.
Our team got stuck in an endless loop.
Shipping aggregator says to contact the shipper.
Shipper says to contact someone else.
Delhivery team doesn’t answer.
And the biggest loser is the entrepreneur who is willing to do business.
I’ve dealt with Chinese suppliers and logistics companies before, and the difference in accountability and service is very noticeable.
They are desperate to do business with you. They take ownership, respond quickly, and try to solve the problem.
That’s what ease of doing business should feel like, not this, definitely!
The cab driver is telling the passenger to get out in the middle of the road. I don’t know what the argument was about, but the KA52B5047 cab driver abusing and muttering at the foreign passenger in Kannada is wrong. Isn’t abusing someone who doesn’t understand the language an insult to Kannada and Karnataka?
First, cab drivers should wear proper uniforms and learn professionalism and basic courtesy. @blrcitytraffic
A Hindi-speaking worker at a Bengaluru salon was allegedly assaulted by the Telugu-speaking owner when he asked for his wages. Such incidents bring a bad name to Bengaluru.
Bengaluru’s situation has reached this stage.
@bhaumikgowande Hey nothing wrong with coastal roads or underpass. But we need to rapidly expand highly anywho and move more and more public to public transport that means we invest in railways at record speed.
280 dead and over 800 injured in Srilanka's easter bombings, masterminds are sentenced to 220 years of imprisonment.
Look at the smile on their face, when being escorted to prison from Court.
No remorse?

"80 years after independence, we are still talking about pollution, adulterated food, pot-holed roads, vote theft, etc.
When are we going to talk about progressive things and innovation?
Look at where China has reached, America has reached.
India has 15-20 years to become a developed nation after which our population will start aging, and we will remain a poor nation."
