@ViberHelp created an account several months ago, couldn’t access it as couldn’t receive the activation text. tried to cancel it but I couldn’t get into the app. Now in the UK but still no text is coming through to activate. Pls stop charging me for a service I can’t use.
@TheGymGroup I am trying to cancel my membership. On the app and website it says to raise a contact form, response to my contact form says to go to the page on the website that says to raise a contact form. I’ve tried live chat but when I ask to speak to a human no one available
@asda hello I’m trying to get in touch with Asda online pharmacy as my order hasn’t improved for over 4 days. The email I received said phone lines open till 4pm. I’ve phoned this afternoon with the answer machine saying phone line off from 1pm. What can I do?
@TK_HelpDesk I paid for an upgrade for a flight on 21st dec that was then cancelled. I’ve requested three times for the refund of the upgrade and now being told I can’t get it because I didn’t check in for the cancelled flight which I 100% did and have the printed ticket.
@TK_HelpDesk But you’ve said that twice before and they keep coming back with the same response and clearly haven’t read my question and are just copying and pasting a stock response. How can I escalate?
@TK_HelpDesk I’ve also had the cost of the economy flight refunded which confirms I did get there on time. You’re just refusing to refund me the upgrade
@TK_HelpDesk They’ve just come back and said the exact same thing in the previous feedback response. This is disgusting. I’ve phoned the call centre they said nothing they can do. I can’t believe you’ve stollen over €700 from me and won’t refund it.
@TK_HelpDesk It’s been several more weeks and almost a month since the cancelled flight and still haven’t been refunded or at an accurate response from my request.
@TK_HelpDesk I’ve been sent the same feedback. I can’t believe I’ve been told I didn’t get to the gate on time. I was at the gate, checked in three hours before hand and at the gate was told the flight was cancelled. I’ve sent on the feedback the ticket which was printed when I checked in
feedback ticket numbers are TK-12060111 #S1-37625666. was also told you can’t refund as it’s a code share flight. My original booking was with TAP but the upgrade I paid directly to you (from an email you sent offering an upgrade) and has paid to TK so TAP say they can’t refund.
can’t reply on feedback request ticket and don’t want to open another one because this is the third I’ve opened. I’ve phoned you and been told I need to raise a feedback request to process the refund because the flight is ‘archived’. I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do?
