See thread. Testosterone appears to not be irrelevant, but when you say "women's sport", that goes to identity, so does it matter? Phelps, Indurain, Murali, are all genetic outliers. No different from Semenya, etc who have lived their lives as women and aren't "gaming the system"

Given the low spending on law enforcement in India (police & courts), the number of laws required to be enforced, and the punitive nature of bans, it is folly to criminalise sports related offences.

He was banned by CAS in 2016 for 4 yrs for doping. He filed a petition in court. Doping isn't a crime in India. Yet CBI investigated, and after 2+ yrs of his ban served, is arguing against overturning the ban (the court can't do it). What a waste of time.

The Kerala Gaming Act does not automatically exclude "games of skill", but allows the govt to exempt such games. Since the govt hasn't exempted rummy, clubs, etc where rummy is played for stakes are illegal. #gambling
