Minister @PiyushGoyal met a delegation led by Anshuman Kanoria, Chairman, Indian Tea Exporters Association, for discussing the growth and development of the tea industry.
Deliberated on opportunities to enhance global competitiveness and exports, and measures required to strengthen the overall value chain.
The minister also reiterated the government's commitment to extending necessary support at all levels for the sustained growth and welfare of the industry and its stakeholders.
