Real GDP growth rate is essentially a net of your Nominal GDP growth rate and Inflation.
With Nominal GDP growth rate of 10.3% and Real GDP growth rate of 7.8% . The inflation estimated is 2.5 %. Seriously ?
The WPI and CPI is sky rocketing at the moment they are around 10% and 4.5% currently.
The only way GDP deflator could be 2.5% if Industries are still utilizing inputs sourced in Jan- Feb month. Kudos to them if they did.
But current economic situation is really not reflective of 7.8% growth rate. Lets see when GDP deflator picks up this trend.
