@AdamsDrafting If there is a need for a certification, combine the warranty (a promise that a future fact will be true) with a covenant (a promise to do something). "Carrier warrants that, and upon written request by Shipper shall certify in writing that, all equipment dispatched ..."
@AdamsDrafting "Carrier warrants than all equipment dispatched to Shipper will ...." And, yes, I'd use the "w" word. Could also be structured as a covenant, but a warranty seems quite natural to me.
