We are pleased to announce that a Brother is returning home and the family of Pfc. Kenneth L. Carpenter, who was killed in action in Italy in 1944, may now have closure. The DPAA has announced that the remains of Pfc. Carpenter have been accounted for.

Our Indiana Spirit of '45 Buglers will have the Honor of echoing Taps tomorrow morning at the ceremony commemorating the loss of the USS Indianapolis (CA-35). The ceremony begins at 10:00am and everyone is welcome to attend.

With grateful hearts we announce that a Brother is returning home and the family of F1c Joseph U. Conner, killed aboard the USS Utah on 7 December 1941, may now have closure. The remains of F1c Conner have been accounted for and he will be returning home to his family for burial.

The family of 1Lt Robert T. McCollum, killed in the skies over the Baltic Sea in 1944, will have closure as DPAA has now accounted for his remains. 1Lt McCollum will be returning to his family for burial, with full military honors, in San Jose, California.

The family of Pfc. Willard H. Edwards, killed in action near Chosin Reservoir may now have closure. The DPAA announced today that Pvt. Edwards has now been accounted for by DPAA and will be returning home to his family for burial, with full military honors.

The family of S1c Walter A. Ross Jr. will not have closure after it was announced by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency that S1c Ross's remains have now been accounted for. He will be returning home to his family.

We are pleased to share the announcemt that the family of Pvt. James C. Loyd, killed in action in 1944, will now have closure as the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency has now listed Pvt. Loyd as accounted for today. He will be returning home to his family.

We are pleased to announce that a Brother is coming home and the family of Tech5 William E. Eby, who survived the Bataan Death March and died as a POW, is now getting closure. The DPAA announced yesterday that his remains have been accounted for.

The family of 2Lt. Robert D. McKee, killed in action in the skies over Germany in 1944, will now have closure and their loved one will be returning home to them. DPAA has announced that the remains of 2Lt. McKee have been accounted for and he will be returning to his family.

The family of 1Lt. Herbert G. Tennyson, a Brother killed in action in the skies over New Guinea in 1944, will now have closure. DPAA announced yesterday that the remains of 1Lt. Tennyson have been accounted for and he will be returning hometo his family.

The family of 1Lt. David P. Skjeie, killed in the skies over Germany in 1944, will now have closure and their loved one is returning home to them. DPAA has announced that the remains of 1Lt. Skjeie have been accounted for.
