I just read the 26-page criminal complaint detailing what the FBI says it found during its investigation of David Finkel.

The charges stem from the time Finkel was a Shelbyville Central School Board member.

The investigation started in April of last year and led to Finkel being taken into federal custody this morning.

This is another case of child sexual exploitation and possession of child pornography. It is so repulsive I can not describe the details.

I will tell you Finkel admitted to investigators that he pretended to be a woman and sent sexually explicit videos and images to adults, however two of the people Finkel was having graphic sexual conversations with were minors. They shared sexual videos and photos along with the vulgar xxx rated conversations. One of the children was from Missouri. The other child was from Pennsylvania.

The FBI also says it found 35 videos and photos of child sexual abuse material in a hidden folder on Finkel's cell phone. The children being sexually abused in the videos include babies and infants in diapers and could be seen and heard crying! There’s no information on who those victims are or who produced the material.

Finkel admitted to talking online using TextMe, Discord, Teleguard, Chatiw, and Y99.

Finkel's federal court hearing was just moved up to 1:15 today. We will be there.
