आनंद मिश्रा जी शायद कहना चाहते हैं—

नीतीश कुमार और भाजपा की सरकार ने पिछले 20 सालों में बक्सर को ऐसा बना दिया कि वहाँ एक फैक्ट्री तक नहीं लगाई जा सकती,इसलिए मैं बक्सर में फैक्ट्री लगाने की बात नहीं करूँगा।

और सबसे दिलचस्प बात तो ये है कि जिस पार्टी ने 20 सालों में बक्सर के लिए कुछ नहीं किया, उसी पार्टी में शामिल होने के लिए IPS जैसी प्रतिष्ठित नौकरी छोड़ दी और अब उसी पार्टी के विधायक बन गए। 😐

सवाल बस इतना है—
अगर पार्टी गलत थी तो उसी में क्यू गए ?
और अगर पार्टी सही है तो बक्सर के विकास का मॉडल कहाँ है ?

Demanding an IT Park or a Semiconductor plant in a region that historically lacks basic roads, a commercial airport or an established university is like trying to install a penthouse on a house that doesn't have a foundation. In development economics, these demands are decorative and superficial at this stage. High-tech industries do not move to places where basic cargo cannot move smoothly or where a skilled local talent pool isn't actively being fed by local universities.

My immediate priority for Buxar is foundational, not cosmetic.
