So @Menulog as I was asking the chat representative because you so inconsiderately removed the call centre option from your support services. To please email me the chat logs associated with my account to my email address I provide so you can provide services.

Keep in mind @Menulog that the person who delivered it, also delivered it to the wrong address while I was in my doorway and watched it happen. The food was EXTREMELY cold, and being chicken I didn't want to risk FOOD POISONING. Then your support terminated the chat.

Hello @Menulog , I recently ordered some food through your horrible service. The driver decided to pick up multiple orders from different venues after collecting my food, delivered them to other people. Then finally delivered mine once I contacted your woeful support.
