📢 IREMO continues to drive Community Land Registration awareness! Recently, we engaged communities in Maiko Centre through member registration, interim committee selection, and sketch map validation. Areas covered: Hurri Hills, Elgade, Kalacha, Maikona, Forole and Dukana Ward.
Today, February 6th,we join the rest of the world in observing the International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation. IREMO continues to sensitize communities on harmful traditional practices, especially FGM, which has a prevalence rate of 83% in Marsabit County.
