- Also of note this observation was on the north side of Lake Marion away from the water so the conditions on the bridge above the water were probably much worse.

Look at this chart.
These are American residency programs.

Red = foreign resident doctors.
Grey = Americans.

Some hospitals are almost 100% foreign. A lot of these doctors came in on visas. Some have been tied to fake credentials and USMLE cheating scandals.

I pay the premiums. I wait months to be seen. Taxpayer-funded Medicare GME money(over $21 billion a year) is training these foreign doctors instead of Americans.

And I DO NOT even trust these doctors !

Why should we keep funding this?

There aren’t many things I could spend money on that I'm confident I’d still love in 2050, but this is one of them.
