@kent_police @DVSAgovuk why is it that at least 40% of foreign articulated vehicles I see on the M25 and Kent motorways have different license plates on the trailer and tractor units? They are often plates from different countries.

@BBCWatchdog I #cantcomplain to @PayPal after wasting 2 days on their chat system I just get the run around & no one is taking responsibility & I can’t get paid for items I’ve sold on eBay. Feeling annoyed and frustrated.
