Took my lady to @GreatClips to get her hair trimmed & the stylist asked her was she mixed. I have 0 tolerance when it comes to such things. We have always had to defend our blackness. She wasn’t a white woman; she wasn’t a black woman either. She was brown. Still inappropriate

There’s a vast difference in customer service in the cities you go to. @Starbucks use to pride themselves in customer service & ethics. Being back in Arizona has made me question that. Horrible service and questionable ethics. The California stores are better in their practices.
