@USDOT shame on @FlyFrontier for closing their check in counters, delaying flights, charging rebooking fees and not issuing refunds for services paid but not rendered. They need to be fined and made to explain/change their policies.
@FlyFrontier we were 1 hr early to BWI to check a bag, but your counter was closed. Sent my son on the flight without his bag to avoid missing the flight. Now your team refuses to help get the bag on a later flight. Please assist. #CustomerService#BaggageHelp
@FrontierCare I've repeatedly dm you as though I'll get a reasonable resolution, and we can't get help. Next time we'll spend the extra $50-$60 to fly on a more reputable airline. Poor customer service is costing me at least that much anyway.
@FlyFrontier Way to go! Booked a flight, arrived over an hour ahead of boarding start and no one is at the counter to check my bag that I prepaid for. Have to leave it or miss my flight. Nice!
