@SanDiegoKnight If the H-1B cap was filled both last year and this year, then the same number of new H-1Bs entered the workforce. An F1 student switching to H-1B is still a new H-1B. So is anyone switching from another non-H-1B. Saying “they were already in the U.S.” is wordplay, not a rebuttal.

@SanDiegoKnight BS. Nothing happens. All these proposals don't go anywhere. US Govt both Republican and Democrat administrations not committed to solve this problem. The only real indicator is , are there fewer H1S approved than previous years? Everything else is appeasing noise.

@jonbrooks Its not only costly houses. I was fed up with tenants and huge losses so I spent 40k to renovate and listed a townhome in Katy, TX for 339K . No buyers not even a call for a month

@sheslee I own all 3 - $CIFR, $NBIS, $IREN, position sizes in the same order with CIFR being highest. Got into $NBIS at 80 at the sametime went heavy into $CIFR. I am still being patient with $CIFR, but will definetly get out of $IREN somehow they don't instill any confidence
