@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares I was trying to use my Credit Card to make a purchase. Inspite of CONFIRMING to IVR that it is genuine- you declined 3 attempts at payment and then BLOCKED my card!! Now I can't even use my own money and use Business Regalia?? Can you help??
