I got personal msg from onboard MV Charlene IMO NO 9125360 Our Indian cadets passing 16 months onboard not getting sign off, its all against the MLC RULES. Vessel is arrested in Sudan for cargo damage. @SudanPMO @dgship_goi & @shipmin_india can get justice to our seafarers?
