@OlaElectric All of the service centers in pune are closed and there is a lot of ola scooters outside of service centres.
I wonder why new buyers are ignoring this and still ordering the scooters?

Service is too bad like harassment of customers.
It’s been 2 years since i ordered replacement shockers for my S1 Pro. Now service center in pune is closed and there are more than 100 OlA outside of service center. @OlaElectric

@OlaElectric @bhash It’s been 6 months I have requested for shockers replacement and still I’m waiting. As shockers are not working i am unable to move the vehicle and battery is completely drain and needs to be replaced now. The service center guys ask me to spend 85000 Rs for battery replacement.

The @OlaElectric is making false promises to it's costumers regarding the Charger Refund.
I am eligible for the refund and I was supposed to get it by 31st October 2023 but still not received. Customer executives are also helpless.
