#Unitree Robotics Chairman and CEO Wang Xingxing saw his net worth soar to $16 billion after shares of the Chinese humanoid robot maker surged as much as 629% during their Shanghai trading debut.

The stock later pared its gains, closing the morning at $131 per share. Wang, 36, first became a billionaire in early August, when Unitree raised $904.6 million through its initial public offering.

Unitree’s revenue climbed more than 300% to $252.1 million last year, while net profit jumped nearly 200% to $41.3 million. Despite their limited practical applications, its humanoid robots are primarily used for research, teaching, and performances, with longer-term ambitions spanning factory work and household tasks as hardware costs decline and artificial intelligence capabilities advance.

I wish to join the people of China in mourning the passing of Premier Zhu Rongji, a great man whom I personally held in high esteem.

Even after his quiet retirement, the world still remembers him as an “economic czar” of China who played instrumental and pivotal roles that led to the spectacular transformation of China into the global economic superpower that we see today.

I recalled the first 15-minute courtesy call with him, which went into a full-hour meeting before I became Prime Minister. Since then, I had the privilege of developing a personal rapport and working relationship with him, which was built on a shared vision for a prosperous Asia, mutual trust, and a firm commitment to advance Thailand–China relations further.

We remember well his visit to Thailand in 2001, where Premier Zhu supported bilateral currency swap talks and committed to purchase Thai goods when Thailand was still yet to emerge from the financial crisis.

My heart-felt condolences to his family and the people of China on this great loss.

วันนี้ผมตั้งใจเดินทางไปสิงคโปร์เพื่อไปตรวจสุขภาพ กับหมอที่เคยดูแลระหว่างอยู่ต่างประเทศ

ตม.ที่ไทย ถ่วงเวลาผมไว้เกือบ 2ชั่วโมง ทั้งๆที่ผมได้ชนะคดี ที่ถูกห้ามออกเดินทางไปต่างประเทศมาแล้ว มีสิทธิเดินทางเช่นเดียวกับคนไทยทั่วไป

ระหว่างเส้นทางบิน นักบินแจ้งว่า การที่โดน ตม.ถ่วงเวลาผมไว้นาน ทำให้เครื่องจะไปลงสนามบิน Seletar ซึ่งใช้สำหรับเครื่อง Private Jet ลงที่สิงคโปร์ไม่ทัน เพราะสนามบินเปิดให้บริการ ถึงแค่ 4ทุ่ม เท่านั้น (เวลาสิงคโปร์เร็วกว่าไทย 1ชม.)

เมื่อไม่สามารถไปลงที่สิงคโปร์ได้ ผมจึงตัดสินใจให้นักบินเปลี่ยนแผนไปลงดูไบ เพราะที่ดูไบผมมีหมอกระดูก และหมอปอดที่ผมใช้ประจำมานาน และยังมีโอกาสได้เยี่ยมเพื่อนที่ดูไบ ซึ่งไม่ได้เจอกันมา 2ปีกว่าแล้ว

ระหว่างรอขออนุญาตจากสนามบินดูไบ นักบินต้องบินวนรออยู่พักใหญ่ จนกระทั่งได้รับอนุญาตจึงได้หันหัวบินต่อไปยังดูไบ

ผมตั้งใจจะกลับไปไทยไม่เกินวันที่ 8 เพื่อเดินทางไปศาลด้วยตัวเอง วันที่ 9 กันยายนนี้ ครับ
