Many people who react to modern processed milk tolerate:
- Raw milk (enzymes intact)
- Full-fat milk (fat aids digestion)
- Fermented dairy (lactose pre-digested)
- A2 milk (different casein protein)

Modern dairy processing destroys enzymes that aid lactose digestion, homogenizes fat (changes structure), removes beneficial bacteria.

Then we blame the milk instead of the processing.

Traditional cultures consumed dairy for thousands of years. They weren't drinking pasteurized skim milk stored for weeks.

But saying "maybe we broke it with processing" doesn't sell lactase pills.
