Not sure what his problem is today, but as an A list member who CHOOSES to fly Southwest round trip at least 2x a month for work, this is not the SWA standard I’ve come to know. If I wanted someone to be this rude I’d travel all the way to DFW and fly American or United.

@SouthwestAir The male flight attendant serving the front of the plane on flight 1374 headed to Dallas is so sassy I’m sending this while still in the air. During boarding a woman mixed up her child’s seat with mine (which was a window so it took a sec to get her out).

THEN he delivers the wrong drink, which felt intentional bc as he’s handing me a Bloody Mary, he says “You had lemon vodka right?” I say yes and he says he’ll be back.🙃
