It's not the first order that @BlueDartCares @BlueDart_ didn't find the addressee. I purchase the medicine monthly and bluedart delivers at address every time. What kind of negligence is this? I wasn't even called or inquired at all. Playing with life or what ?

Even the delivery boy didn't call me once yesterday . Sheer incompetence ! @jagograhakjago

@shadowfax_in Today I got this message. I waited till 5 p.m but when the delivery boy didn't arrive for delivery, he said "Shadowfax doesn't provide service in your location" instead suggested to travel 20 kms to receive the item.

Look at his carelessness ..... 1/2

@shadowfax_in Delivery boy will again call me to travel 20 kms today but why should I ? I've paid delivery charges for doorstep delivery, not to take the tension of travelling.

If he again rejects delivery showing misleading reasons, then @shadowfax_in will be sued to @jagograhakjago .
