Police received multiple calls that a man named Lemar Brandon Qualls was waving a gun around and pointing it at people in public.

One call from a woman:
‘He has a gun. He has put it in front of my face, and he clanked it against a metal bar to let me know it's real.’

You can see the gun in his right hand in the video.

Also, this is not Brandon’s porch. This is a complete strangers house. A woman’s.

When police confronted Qualls, he pointed his gun at one of them.

Qualls fucked around. Qualls found out.
