@Clearlyk9 @Pulpiteer @LawEnforceToday I am a little befuddled on how you find no fault with an officer that shot a man that posed no threat. And from my understanding he was arrested and is awaiting trial, which is more than Mr. Brooks was afforded for his far lesser crimes.
@Clearlyk9 @Pulpiteer @LawEnforceToday They patted him down prior so they knew he didn't have have a gun on him. A taser is bright yellow and shouldn't be mistaken for a gun by a "trained" officer. The two officers should have chased down the drunk man, arrested him and took him to jail. Not shoot him because he ran.
@Clearlyk9 @Pulpiteer @LawEnforceToday Well he really couldn't "fire" a deployed taser. The most he could have done was thrown it at them which probably wouldn't have killed an officer. The rest of the stuff is bad and illegal but didn't warrant death. Really.
@Clearlyk9 @Pulpiteer @LawEnforceToday A deployed non-lethal weapon. The officer was in 0% danger and decided to use deadly force. Im not sure where in the law books it says resisting arrest is subject to the death penalty.
Itโs great to see Republicans understand this crisis & advocate for socialized medicine.
No one should be charged for getting tested for Coronavirus, & no one should be charged for getting treated.
This applies to pandemics and it should apply to any condition or care you need.
