How to extract from Labs now,
you need to get TGL ASR 1/1 key from BD members (chance), or Wedge (100%) (image 1)
and use it on Janitor room between Black keycard Room & Server Room (image 2)
In there, it will have codes for every keycard room & switch for opening gates = extracts (image 3)
Then you can go for hanger or garage (image 4)
Blackout Event Just Started
New quest from Skier, labs blacks out after couple of seconds, tons of BD members in map,
Terminal BD gears are confirmed
you use numpad to open colored keycard rooms.
Wedge is confirmed to be there, bit toned down,
can loot gas grenade too.

Kenny Cox died this morning. He was a firefighter and an enormous champion for his fellow firefighters in the District of Columbia. Kenny’s work as a long-time union official greatly improved their lives and their safety. It also made DC a safer place for all. Kenny fought for resources at a time when working fire engines and fire trucks became scarce. As a young firefighter, he won a key First Amendment lawsuit protecting the right to speak out about policies and actions impacting the well-being of firefighters and the public. I encourage you to read this 2011 article I wrote about @IAFF36 putting Kenny’s name on its building.
Through the years, Kenny gave me some of my best stories about firefighters. Still, he was rarely in the spotlight, preferring to work quietly behind the scenes. Whether the news was good or bad, he gave reporters the truth. Kenny knew his credibility was his most important commodity. We are all better for knowing Kenny Cox.

Just before at 8 a.m. Tuesday, the FDNY received reports of a structural issue at an active construction site on East 42nd Street between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue in Manhattan. The call came in for reported issues at a 37-story building at 235 East 42nd Street that is currently being converted from a commercial office building into a residential building.
FDNY units, as well as representatives from the Department of Buildings and NYC Emergency Management, responded and found structural issues on the 21st floor. Two structural columns buckled, and there were multiple cracks and sagging floors.
"It's a very serious situation because the box beams—the steel beams—have started to bend and deflect from the weight," Chief of Department John Esposito said. "We evacuated the building and started evacuations of surrounding buildings. The building has continued to move since we have been on the scene."
The FDNY's drones have provided technical information and visuals for partner agencies as assessments are conducted. All workers were accounted for as of 1 p.m. Tuesday. Approximately 150 FDNY fire and EMS members responded to the scene.

https://t.co/veqBoEfHZE
After signing Ovechkin the #ALLCAPS have $975K in available cap space with 23 active players (14F/7D/2G)
WSH has $8.35M in potential bonus earned for next season across Ovechkin, Leonard, I. Protas, Hutson.
Any bonus earned that WSH does not have cap space for at the end of the season will be charged as a bonus carryover overage in 27/28

Also, if you're wondering about having the cap space to sign Alex Ovechkin, because of his age (35 or older), he's eligible to sign a one-year contract with a lower base salary and easily achievable performance bonuses. And those bonuses can be pushed to 2027-28 cap.
