A Still Life draws attention to 6 dead or dying trees in Cape Town and presents an alternative experience of mourning,loss and death through the lens of a tree. Visitors journey by way of a digital map to the life story of each of the six trees and the human histories they have -

The walk culminates near the Company’s Garden in an empty lot with a screening of a visual mix complementing the audio mix, as well stencilling, graffiti, and postering the space.
