India is now officially free from Left-Wing Extremism (LWE), nearly six decades after the insurgency began.

MoS Home Nityanand Rai informed the Rajya Sabha that no district is now categorised as LWE-affected, crediting the achievement to the 2015 National Policy & Action Plan and coordinated efforts of the Centre and States. While 37 ‘Legacy & Thrust’ districts and 1 ‘District of Concern’ will continue to receive security and development support, the LWE-affected district count has now fallen to zero.

If the protest was for the students, they would not have celebrated at all. Students lost their lives, but here they are celebrating at a five-star venue. And when asked the question, Ki bachon ke parents ko compensation nahi mila aur aap party kar rahe hain, she just ignored the damn question.
