@nathanbarry Quite frankly, we probably don't need the entire $20k right away.
We would save most of it, but probably use $2k-$3k to attend a few events, upgrade some of our marketing materials, and try out some new software.
Why use all of it at once?
As a SaaS firm, one should be reevaluating your pricing / packaging structure at least once a year.
If you have the resources, then every 6-months.
The market changes rapidly, so it's salient to always have a fresh pulse on how customers perceive your value.
