In a landmark ruling, Ethan Klein has officially lost his copyright lawsuit to Denims.
The judge has confirmed that Denims’s reaction to the “Content Nuke” was transformative.
This is a huge win for content creators and fair use. Wealthy content creators can’t simply bully people using the judicial system for criticizing their content.
‘Samurai Jack’ has been removed from HBO Max in the United States.
The series can still be found on Adult Swim’s website and the physical box set.

“It didn’t kill PC gaming”
Well PC is an open platform, it can do WAY more than a console can. Players there have options. On consoles, now with all the price hikes, you’re paying out the ass for a limited machine that keeps you in a walled garden
It definitely kills it for me
To all the people laughing at Sony stopping physical disc production:
You fuckers DO realize that Sony is the ONLY console manufacturer as of this writing to actually, repeatedly, remove digital products from their customers' libraries, right? Not just movies, but games as well.
@The__Goomba Just pray you don't jinx it when Nintendo might announce they'll following the same path this year, heck, even worried for the OLED version of Switch 2. "We have to fit the screen in since it's too big, so we cut out the slot for physical games", now I'm thinking I jinx it too🧍♂️
The people saying “erm well PC is digital” only are so fucking annoying. PC is an open platform with dozens of digital storefronts including GOG. A home console is NOT.
I be tryna tell people everything is connected to everything. This whole push for Digital ID's is DIRECTLY linked to the response to everything going on with Israel, they pushed for mass censorship with Tiktok and they're pushing for governments all over the world to basically quash dissent by removing anonymity online so they can find any and all reasons to jail you for speaking out without calling it that.
But people think 1 issue somewhere far away doesn't affect them at all so why should they care, that's not how things work. Everything is wrapped up in everything else.
