#EURUSD

Manuella, stop right there. Read this message very carefully.
First, I want you to take a deep breath and say "Congratulations" to yourself. You passed Phase 1. That is a massive milestone, and you earned it.
Now, let's talk about that 'empty' feeling. This is the most dangerous and most important 'Mental Edge' battle you will ever fight. It's called Imposter Syndrome.
You feel empty because your actual, disciplined success is in direct conflict with a toxic, outdated, and dangerous industry narrative.
Let's kill that narrative right now: That idea "you MUST blow accounts before finding consistency" is a complete myth.
That myth was created by undisciplined traders to justify their own failures. They confuse "blowing accounts" (which is just bad risk management) with "gaining experience" (which is just screen time).
You wrote: "I tried to follow my rules, journal, and stay disciplined..."
AND IT WORKED.
You did it the right way. You proved that success does NOT require catastrophic failure; it requires discipline.
You should be incredibly proud of that achievement, not "empty" because you skipped the "pain" part that everyone romanticizes.
You wrote: "Maybe they're wrong." Let me be the mentor to tell you: They are 100% WRONG.
That fear you feel ("Maybe I might blow it next week 😩") is the echo of their toxic words trying to self sabotage your disciplined mind.
Do not let them.
Your only job for Phase 2 is to do the exact same thing. Follow your rules. Trust your journal. Stay disciplined.
Trust your process, not their pain. You are on the conscious path, and you are doing it right. Keep going. You've got this. 👊
That honestly means a lot to me, bro. ❤️
I’m really glad those “small” things ended up being useful for you. But you should give yourself most of the credit I may have helped you connect a few pieces, but you’re the one who put everything together and kept working on it.
And having a few good people around you when you start doubting yourself is honestly one of the most valuable things you can have in this game.
I’m happy to see you back on track, brother. Keep building. ☆
Çoook kalp 🫶🏻, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind words and beautiful energy. In a space where everyone is constantly chasing the next rush, crossing paths with someone who stays genuinely focused, never stops learning, and builds with an honest mindset is truly rare. Mentioning you in that post was the least I could do. Being able to share knowledge, exchange experiences, and grow alongside sincere souls like you is what makes this entire journey worthwhile. You’ll always have my support and friendship we’re definitely going to keep learning and walking this path together.
Hearing this from you hits different, little brother. In a space full of noise, I just try to stay true to who I am and do things the right way. But supporting you is always easy because you never lose your humility and you put in the real work every single day. Proud of the man you’re becoming. Always in your corner. ☆
Trade’i nerede aldığımı değil, trade’i nasıl yönettiğimi görebilirsiniz.
Process’im, pozisyonlara bakış açım, karar verme şeklim ve trade içerisinde yaptığım her şey açıkta.
Çünkü gerçek backtest, sonucu güzelleştirmek değil; gerçek process’i ortaya koymaktır.

Exactly. And that’s the part I think gets overlooked with these rules. If a consistency rule makes you close a perfectly valid winner early just because you’re worried about how your week looks, then the rule is no longer protecting your risk management it’s actively changing your execution.
You end up managing the distribution of your P&L instead of managing your actual edge. That’s a pretty dangerous trade off for a rule that’s supposed to protect the trader. ☆
Happy birthday. 🤍
I don’t know you personally, but I read your words and felt the need to say this: you should be incredibly proud of yourself for making it through everything you described.
Losing someone you love can make you question yourself in ways nobody else can really understand. But the fact that you kept showing up, kept moving forward, and are now able to look back at that version of yourself with forgiveness says a lot.
And I especially loved those two words: “I forgive myself.”
I hope this new year of your life brings you more peace than the last one, more reasons to smile, and a life that makes all the difficult days feel worth surviving.
Happy birthday, truly. You deserve to celebrate how far you’ve come. 🩵 ☆
