The Starseed Unity Protocol
There’s a technique being used by Starseeds spreading amongst the collective. Everyone has their own unique flavour, adding their particular brand of spice to the process but it shares the same basic source. The idea is to unite the individual to cosmic energies and the planet in order to facilitate health and wellbeing and to receive downloads and upgrades. Another aspect of this is anchoring in the Light, or information, into the Earth’s Crystalline Grid. It’s partly an exercise in visualisation, so if you haven’t developed that particular acuity in your third eye, you won’t be able to ‘see’ it happening. That being said, it doesn’t require this ability, those that can sense energies can perform this too. If you wish to partake of this wonderful experience, follow the steps below.
Open up your Root Chakra with intention. This is the energy centre at the base of your spine.
Imagine roots growing down from your body. This can be from the Root Chakra itself or the feet and the hands.
Feel the roots moving through the ground going further and further down and wrapping around the crystalline core of Earth. Send any negative energy in your body down the roots to be used as fertiliser: you can visualise this as black energy streams. This will be recycled by our Mother.
Feel the positive energy, which can be white or golden in colour, from the crystalline core travelling up through the roots to your Root Chakra, then allow it to travel up slowly through your central channel to your Sacral Chakra, then to the Solar Plexus and, finally, the Heart Chakra.
Open up your Crown Chakra at the top of your head with intention. If you wish, you can visualise a thousand petalled lotus flower opening up.
Imagine a beam of light coming down from the Central Sun, this can be any colour you wish, but usually this will be white or gold.
Allow the light to flow down through your Crown Chakra, then to the Third Eye, your Throat Chakra and, finally, coming to rest in the Heart Chakra.
Let the energies of Mother Earth and the Central Sun combine. Imagine them mixing together, swirling and dancing and merging as one.
At this point your Heart Chakra should expand and release a rainbow of colours both from the front and back. If you’re aware of your energetic wings attached to your shoulder-blades, then these should pop out too.
You can perform this blissful unification wherever you are. You can do it with your eyes open or closed. You can be lying down, sitting, standing, or even running! You may even get to the stage where you can do it in seconds. Personally, I love executing the steps and then going for a stroll, listening to my favourite music to heighten the experience. I’ve had some success with using the protocol before connecting with trees, rocks and animals. You may find out too that you’re able to receive information from these beings. In my particular instance, I ‘see’ energetic pulses in my third eye region, geometric shapes, symbols and images, sometimes words pop into my head. Many of these messages appear in my creations; I find that nature is a constant source of inspiration.
If you are unable to use the protocol for whatever reason, it may be necessary to seek out the assistance of a Quantum Healer, Light Language expert or Reiki practitioner. Don’t be disheartened either if nothing happens, as with most things in life, the more you practise, the better you get. Most healers start their sessions with a variation of this protocol. Sometimes, this will lead to meetings with our spirit guides, ET races, ancestors, angels, dragons, faeries, and past, future and parallel incarnations, depending on the modality being practised. Be warned, once the door is opened, it’s difficult, but not impossible, to close it shut. However, the Universe does become more colourful and exciting once the connection is made. You’ll never be quite the same again, that’s for sure.
@xmilehighx Yeah! That's what they look like... some look like gremlins. And flashes of light. Weird creatures. Mad as a box of frogs, personality-wise. Something like the below follows me around taking the piss constantly.
Suffering from burnout or chronic fatigue? This technique helps us to counteract that – reactivating a dormant energetic muscle, reinvigorating ourselves, so that we feel lighter and brighter.

@StevieCanuckie Angel orbs shown by Stewart Pearce. The Angelic Kingdoms and Spirits signal their presence in a time when collective consciousness is ready, offering love, upliftment, inspiration, teaching, enlightenment, transformation, and healing.

@lauramatsue And just like that, Laura called out the derivative AI slop. Not meekly. Not quietly. But with the fierceness of a lioness on too much whisky – the drink of champions for mad poets.
All the em dashes and the "nots". A banal formula. An obvious pattern. Devoid of emotion. Inert.
@Shak00r96 It's known as the "Lotus of Life". I found this geometry satisfying. I like the "Flower of Life" too. Although, it has been dubbed the "Daisy of Death" by some individuals. But I don't buy that.
Glad that you've had experience with the Egyptian deities. They're a blast!

So many people make the mistake of looking in the supersensual realms for the happiness which they cannot find here on earth, searching for an occult “cosmic consciousness” to release them from the tedious experiences of everyday life. It can never be said too often that the Great Illumination is not a fantastic, extraordinary state of consciousness remote from normal experience. It is every conceivable state of consciousness and of unconsciousness as well (though in unconsciousness it cannot be seen), but people are misled by the symbolic forms in which it is expressed. The Great Illumination is the state of consciousness you have at this moment, and it is recognized as such only when you cease to run away from it and give it freedom to reveal itself. And having found freedom in so unexpected a place, you will be filled with gratitude and then with wonder. For in its greatest form wonder is reverence for all the forms of life, from the highest to the lowest; it is an appreciation of the mystery that divinity is revealed in the most commonplace of things. For this reason Dimitrije Mitrinović (a too-little-known philosopher of Yugoslavia) once said that gnosis was to be surprised at everything.
@spacepunk Brilliant! The numinous realms can be incredibly silly. Cosmic jesters flipping us off one minute, a conversation with a time dragon the next. Merlin greets us with a packet of custard creams stuffed up his wizard's sleeve. Those that take this seriously have lost the plot.
a guide to Jung's Active Imagination practice:
> what is it?
Jung believed the psyche was a self-healing system, which means that your unconscious mind knows the path towards integration & wholeness. this is not something you need to "figure out"; it's something to uncover. dreams are one way to get a glimpse at the psyche's orientation; Active Imagination is another way
> why should I do it?
if you're looking for a way to get a deeper look into your unconscious mind, connect with stuck emotion, or shift some outdated beliefs... this is a great practice. however, if any of that sounds deeply uncomfortable for you, perhaps this is not the practice for you (or perhaps, not yet)
> what do I need?
a quiet space, 20-30 minutes. for the record this is the description of my personal practice, which I've found quite effective, and not an attempt to accurately describe Jung's exact approach. you may find you want to journal about it afterwards, or capture it in a voice note
> how do I start?
sit down, close your eyes, and notice what's present in your body. notice any thoughts, emotions, or sensations that are present. notice what seems to want your attention the most, and tune into that. if it's a thought, try to get to the underlying feeling of it
as you place your attention on the feeling/sensation, allow an image to emerge. stay with that image, and allow it to unfold. follow the image, like you're experiencing a dream, trying to loosely hold your attention to it, without forcing it in a particular direction. if it disappears, no problem, just start at the beginning again. there is no goal here; there is no "success"
stay with the image/scene as long as it lingers, and let it play out. notice how your body responds to what happens. feel free to respond to what emerges, asking questions, engaging in dialogue with any figures that appear, etc
at the end of the practice, notice how you feel. what symbols emerged in the scene? which seemed particularly resonant? what do those symbols mean to? what seems to be the message of the vision, if any comes to mind? don't force any interpretation, but stay curious. "what is my psyche trying to tell me?"
> do you have an example?
yes, thanks for asking. yesterday I started this practice by noticing some anger in my chest. the anger was associated with the desire to clench my fists and jaw, and also some tension in my throat, the desire to scream. I focused on the sensation, and an image emerged: me standing on the edge of a cliff, screaming
I stayed with that for a few minutes, letting my body feel what it would be like to be there, at that cliffside... and then the image shifted. the cliff crumbled beneath my feet, and I fell into the ocean. I sank into the deep darkness of the sea, until I hit the bottom. I lay there, amongst the mud and seaweed, until a certain figure came to fetch me (a recurring character from this practice). and so it went
in this brief example, there's some rich symbolism: the expression of anger leads to the "collapse" into the sea (the ocean is often associated with the unconscious). there's a clear direction here: feeling my anger allows me to sink deeper within the unconscious, and eventually attract a healing presence (the figure)
> what if nothing shows up? what if I don't know what it means?
not everyone responds to imaginal practices such as these; my advice would be to try it a few times, see what happens, and then decide if it feels useful. interpretation is not an exact science, so don't try to get it "right", just notice what meaning comes to mind.
as with any somatic/emotional practice, be mindful of what feels like "too much" (or the edge of too much), and back out as needed. if anything feels overwhelming, don't force it. have fun, and let me know how it goes 🌊
Sitting and staring into space is elite behaviour. Soon, it will become a status signal. It will show others that you still have your attention span and imagination intact. You do not have brain rot. You do not need constant stimulation. All of the entertainment you could ever want can be found through the simple act of staring into space. The moment you stop constantly looking outwards, you discover there are worlds within you.
