A big Thank You to each of our schools who took part so enthusiastically in Catholic Schools Week 2026! It was brilliant to see the celebration of Catholic education involving so many young people (and some grandparents too!). Thanks for sharing your Catholic Schools Week activities with us! To wrap up this year’s Catholic Schools Week, we have put together a short video from the CCMS Annual Conference in November, celebrating the impact of Catholic education.

To help us support schools as efficiently as possible, we want to encourage C2K Managers or authorised users to contact the Service Desk initially on behalf of their schools.
School C2k Managers can contact the Service Desk on 0800 0931 541. It will remain open 8am to 5pm for the remainder of this week.
Thank you to all schools for your cooperation as we work to fully restore the C2K service following the recent cyber incident.

Reminder for schools on how to reestablish their C2k accounts following disruption from the recent cyber incident.
C2k Managers in each school can log a call with the C2k Service Desk to get their password reset. This will enable them to reset passwords for staff and students in their school.
Following the reset, school staff are advised to access new documentation and essential FAQs from C2k Exchange. This essential guidance will be updated daily and schools are encouraged to review this regularly.
School C2k Managers can contact the Service Desk on 0800 0931 541 in relation to their password reset, or to request support for any aspect of the C2k Service.
Intensive work remains ongoing to get C2k fully back to normal and we thank schools and staff for their cooperation.
We are delighted to share that we will be running a number of Parent Workshops that will be delivered by Middletown Centre of Autism. These will begin at 7pm on Thursday 16th April in the school and will run for 6 weeks. 💙🩵
A message from CCMS Chief Executive, Eamonn Broderick: "We strongly encourage all Principals to join tomorrow’s webinar to receive the latest update and guidance on restoring access to the C2k network. Your leadership is key to helping pupils and teachers regain access quickly, particularly with exams approaching. We also want to thank @Ed_Authority staff for their tireless efforts in responding to this incident and supporting schools through recovery. Your continued cooperation will help ensure a smooth return to service for all."
