#Firstbus 371 is the absolute worst service, not once this week has thw 18.30pm turns up on time and today was a no show, the bus is a disgrace, filthy and flipping cold....just so sick of poor service.

@FirstGroupplc I am so disappointed in the behaviour we witnessed of one of your drivers and this is not the first time he has been so awful, he literally shout at a passenger who was trying to ask him a question (English not his first language) .....driver called him a retard
