Don’t LIMIT your training to one style.
The body makes ADAPTATIONS (gains) in response to STIMULUS (training).
The adaptations to training DECREASE the more you train.
However, changing up your training can INCREASE your gains by providing a new stimulus.
Change things up!💪📈
When you make EXCUSES for why you haven’t been doing what you should be doing, you aren’t just making excuses for the PAST.
You’re also telling yourself it’s okay to make the SAME EXCUSES again in the FUTURE.
Moral of the story: NO EXCUSES
