Initial death toll for Europe would be immense but the combined war machine of Europe would absolutely smash africa if the hypothetical was only aid and resources from within the scenario. In África there is not any meaningful production of guns, ammo, tech, vehicles, tanks, artillery, oil, domestic food at scale etc. etc. Europe would grind them slow and steady impoving tech along the way quickly form captured supplies. At the end of the day it would be about production and Europe woud out produce africa 10 fold
