Today marked the first day of a two-day Community of Practice (CoP) meeting bringing together Civic Action and Community Empowerment Grant grantees from Migori, Siaya, Kakamega, Busia, and Bungoma counties under the #HakiNiYetu Project.
The session provided a platform for programme officers to reflect on the projects they have implemented, share experiences, and exchange lessons learned. Through peer learning, participants discussed their interventions, successes, challenges, mitigation measures, and partnership dynamics, identifying practical approaches for strengthening community-led initiatives and enhancing impact.
