@currys @Misskdv1 - in fact you are the operator that has replied to me, stating that you won’t replace a damaged item. I have replied via DM and await a response - this has been going on for 2 weeks and every person @currys gives me a different response.

@Misskdv1 @currys Similar - what is the point of buying through them if they want you to go to the manufacturer? Just buy direct in future! They make themselves redundant and irrelevant!
