Ray Dalio says, “Bitcoin does not have privacy. Any transaction can be monitored. Central banks don’t want to buy bitcoin. And there are also quantum computing issues.”

XRP Ledger is leading banks and institutional adoption with quantum-resistance feature and also zk-proof identity with credential system on chain.

Ray Dalio also has been vocal about how the monetary system is dying, echoing the exact same words as Donald Trump and Brad Garlinghouse.

He has openly been pro-digital asset infrastructure but has not yet publicly announced any investments.

David Schwartz said, “Ripple has the right to sell its part of XRP escrows to banks and institutions under confidential conditions.”

At the same time, London City banker @LordBelgrave said, “Institutions have treated the XRP escrows as pre-allocated liquidity and not Ripple’s inventory.”
