Update: Man found with gunshot wounds in Halifax
Police are looking for dashcam footage to help advance the investigation into a shooting that occurred in Halifax yesterday morning.
On October 19 at approximately 9:55 a.m., police were called to Lower Flinn Park. A 30-year-old man was found suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Anyone who may have captured dashcam footage on Quinpool Road, near Lower Flinn Park, between 9:45 a.m. and 10:05 a.m. on Sunday morning is asked to contact police at 902-490-5020.

Police are investigating after a man was found suffering from gunshot wounds in Halifax this morning.
At approximately 9:55 a.m., police were called to Lower Flynn Park, an HRM designated location for those experiencing homelessness who shelter outside. A 30-year old man was found suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is in the early stages but police do not believe the shooting was random.
