In last year all students paid full fees but due to pendemic situation of COVID-19 our colleges are closed before 3 months ago we not uses any facilities of college and still not uses .Why forcedto pay.

Due to COVID-19 all students are stay at home and not uses any college facilities (hostle, electricity, buses ,medical ...etc ) but college demanding and forced tofull fees to pay by students .
