@JenLuvsReviews You can't sign a contract with one party and expect it to oblige a 3rd party into it, without their signature. But you can have your own terms, and insist on ALL parties agreeing to them. If they are reasonable and transparent enough, people will still work with you. Best wishes.

@JenLuvsReviews The reason I am able to offer this suggestion is that I fell into this trap about ten years ago, regarding some ads. I signed a contract with one company, under the agreement that a third party would place the ad. They never did and I lost £350. I learned the hard way...more tba.
