The three strongest earthquakes (M6.2 Indonesia, M6.1 Japan, and M5.9 Russia) over the last 24 hours have "filled in the gaps of activity" along the plate boundaries between the recent bigger zones of M7.0+ earthquake activity circled in merlot. This all occurred in the span of 8 hours and clearly swept northwards from Indonesia, each earthquake rupturing in sequence. Pretty cool.
