The new 14th sanctions package against Russia includes important measures, proposed by Sweden, against the Russian “shadow fleet” and a ban on the import of Russian liquified natural gas (LNG) to European LNG terminals that are not connected to the EU’s common gas network.

The EU stays united and strong behind the Ukrainian people and we will continue to take important measures in curbing the Russian war machine.
