During the #InvictusGames25 games I had the opportunity to speak to a Ukrainian. I asked what it would take for the war to end. He said when all in #Ukraine were dead. That #Russia hated #Ukraine so much that Russian children are taught from an early age to hate Ukrainians.

@elonmusk In my day we had "workload stats" created by the employer via the supervisor or manager to gauge productivity. To see where bottlenecks were. Also "written procedure manuals" helps the employee know what is expected. Note: creating procedures helps management understand the work
